INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove pad from pouch, peel away paper backing strip and pres sticky side to inside of underwear.

2. Remove paper from wings and wrap wings around underwear to secure pad in place.

3. To remove, peel off wings first, then peel off pad. Roll up pad and place in pouch. Throw pouch in trash... not the toilet!
