How to Use

1. Wash Your Hands
   Before you do anything, wash those hands with warm water and soap.
2. Find Your Comfy Spot
   Sit on the toilet with your knees apart, stand with one foot on the toilet, or try a gentle squat, whatever feels best for you. Relax your belly and your vaginal muscles with a few deep breaths.
3. Unwrap the Tampon
   Rip open the tampon wrapper and remove the tampon from the wrapper. Then, place your thumb and middle finger on the finger grips and your pointer finger on the tip of the inner tube.
4. Get in Position
   With your other hand, gently open the skin around your vaginal opening. Now place the rounded tip of the applicator right at the opening.
5. Gently Slide It In
   Aim the applicator toward your lower back (yep, that’s the natural direction) and gently push it in until your thumb and middle finger touch your body.

    

   Pro tip: practicing this part when your flow is heavy will provide natural lubrication, making it easier to slide in.

6. Push & Remove
   Keep holding the outer tube and use your pointer finger to gently push the inner tube all the way in. Don’t worry, it can’t get lost if you push too far! Then slowly pull the whole applicator out. The string should be hanging out of your body. Wrap the used applicator in toilet paper or place it back in its wrapper and throw it away in the trash (not the toilet).
